So this week I’m giving you three different ways to win breakfast, depending on how much effort you’re feeling.

1. Easy Banana Pancakes (Made with Pancake Mix)
This is the “I have pancake mix in the pantry” move. You take your boxed mix, mash in ripe bananas, tweak the liquid slightly, and suddenly it tastes homemade.

2. Extra Fluffy Pancakes (Made with Self-Rising Flour)

The trick? Don’t overmix. Lumps are your friend.

3. Healthy Banana Oatmeal Pancakes (Blender Recipe)
This one’s for when you want pancakes… but also want to feel responsible.
Oats, banana, eggs, a quick spin in the blender, and you’ve got naturally sweet, high-protein pancakes that actually keep you full.
